I heartily concur with letter writers Rhondda Tolen and J. B. Brown regarding increasing bureaucracy and the sewage issue.
I daresay our mayor is upset at being defeated for re-election as CRD chair.
If this council could decide how to reduce taxes rather than increase them it would be refreshing. Unfortunately for the Oak Bay taxpayer, they seem to have a philosophy of “spend not save.”
