What’s in a name?
In November (2016) the Oak Bay mayor sent a note to the US navy about re-routing the EA-18 Growlers. What was the result?
Obviously it fell on deaf ears as the planes still seem to offend Oak Bay residents.
Perhaps if the Navy changed the name from Growler to something tamer like Pussy Cat people might not be so upset.
