The Sidney/North Saanich RCMP have thanked the public for their help in locating a stolen golf cart that went missing in North Saanich, earlier this month.

On Feb. 4, the Arbutus Grove Nursery reported their green and gold golf cart had been stolen. The cart was last seen on Friday, Feb. 1, and could not be located the next day.

Since an appeal went out this morning, it was located elsewhere in North Saanich but the cart was significantly damaged.

The cart was described as an “average looking golf cart” with a beige top and seats, and green body, when it went missing.

Anyone with information, including witnesses to the theft, are asked to contact the Sidney/North Saanich RCMP detachment, their local police, or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
