The popular wood swing in Queens Park is back in action this morning (May 12).

Oak Bay Parks staff replaced the swing after it was damaged March 25.

Police were called that night by someone who spotted three males drinking on the wooden swing. The trio left on foot before police arrived, and a patrol of the area didn’t locate any suspects.

They discovered it was damaged and it was removed for repair.
