Saturday enjoy the flavours of Oak Bay with the inaugural Oak Bay Village Spring Nosh

Cattle Point Rocks with geologists in a rocky expedition Sunday 2 to 4 p.m.

The Friends of Uplands Park invite all to Cattle Point on Mother’s Day to explore Victoria’s ancient and recent natural history alongside four geologists from the BC Geological Survey of the BC Ministry of Energy and Mines. Visit Cattle Point on May 14, 2 to 4 p.m.

Grad block party – graduates of Oak Bay High 2017 gather for a party in the Currie Road block 2 to 4 p.m.

Garden Babies for Birthright plant sale is on at St. Patrick’s church hall, 2060 Haultain St. Free entry from 9 a.m. to noon. The sale benefits Birthright Victoria, offering support services to women facing unplanned pregnancy. Plant donations accepted May 12 from 3 to 5 p.m.

Explore beyond Oak Bay and celebrate mom with a paint in at Royal Roads. The 22nd annual Mother’s Day Paint-In and Craft Fair runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday (May 14) and promises to provide great entertainment for the whole family, especially mom.
