Naked man mars Willows walk

On July 22nd, at 4:40 p.m., two women were walking along Willows Beach when a naked man in his 40s stood up from where he was sitting. When they walked around him he began committing an indecent act. When they looked back, the Caucasian man was dressing in a white ball cap, dark T-shirt and unknown coloured shorts.

The man was last seen on the north end of the beach. Further investigation and inquiries are ongoing.
