Backpack likely target for Oak Bay vehicle smash-and-grab
A vehicle parked in the 2300-block of Musgrave Ave. had its rear driver's side window smashed sometime on the evening of Feb. 13. The culprit(s) stole a backpack containing clothing and personal items worth about $200 from the vehicle's back seat.
Police said it was likely the backpack which attracted attention.
