Girl Guides will be in the Oak Bay village selling their chocolate and vanilla sandwich cookies to friends and neighbours this spring.
Members of the Girl Guides of Canada Chatham District will be staked out along Oak Bay Avenue on April 2 for the 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. cookie blitz. The young sellers will vary in age – from Sparks, Brownies, Guides and Pathfinders – and be supervised by unit leaders.
They plan to be between Monterey and Wilmot with a stand in front of the Oak Bay library, 1442 Monterey Ave.
